A Solid Business

Codespring Delivery Model is the pillar of a solid business in software development and outsourcing industry. The six main features of the Delivery Model: 1) Development Methodology, 2) Quality System, 3) Project Management system, 4) Confidentiality system, 5) Security Policy, and 6) Business Continuity system – stand on the grounds of the last main feature: Capabilities. As an active competitor on the IT&C market, Codespring has a clear view of its ability to perform actions based on the sum of expertise and capacities. The equation associates the two nouns: soft capabilities (expertise) and hard capabilities (capacities).

Soft Capabilities

Subject to constant analysis and development, soft capabilities of Codespring mainly refer to industry know-how, technical skills, management capabilities and leadership capabilities. Team members have professional academic degree (BScIT, MScIT), are Microsoft Certified Software Engineers: MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), or ISTQB Certified Testers and ISO 9001:2001 Certified Internal Auditors. The company itself is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and has an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System in progress and an ISO 9001:2001 Quality Assurance Certification in progress. As for the management and leadership capabilities, you can test them by looking at the history of the company: turnover evolution, type of software projects deployed, retention rate and last but not least, testimonials from clients, partners and team members.

Hard Capabilities

Capacities that support our business are formed by a set of work locations, equipments and infrastructure. The teams are split in two locations in Transylvania: Cluj Napoca and Odorheiu Secuiesc.
