Our story
Self made men. Certainly it is a dream to achieve!
We were young, we were passionate about what we were doing and had no idea about what the entrepreneurial experience means. In software development, even less. A decade and half ago, as a restless team of software engineers with many crazy ideas, we gave up our jobs and started the Codespring adventure. Our idea was that of contracting bigger and more challenging projects in full life cycle software development. We also wanted our clients to become our business partners and basically make happy all stakeholders in the business.
And yes!, we prevailed!
We called ourselves Codespring, thinking of code as a source for many extraordinary programs and applications which makes things tick! and amaze end-users by how information technology can make their jobs easier. In time, we tried to be as flexible, or in today’s words: as „agile” as required, in order to satisfy our customers needs. Also, we have to recognize that we grew as a company due to our customers reliability on us as a long race runners.
In fact, being accountable to our customers is something that is in our blood. Once we are engaged in a project we are 100% committed to deliver high quality code and service. Thus, we succeeded in developing partnerships with some of the leaders in software development placing our team ahead in the technology trends. Over-more, our fingertips controlled by our brilliant minds let their mark on various software used by many industries. These are some things we are really proud of!
So, there came a time when we had to find a home. And that’s when we stumbled across the right place – Codespring lab. A lovely place, near the park and the lake, close to the historical center of Cluj Napoca, somewhere where everybody’s welcome. You’ll find Codespring lab very easily, so do pop by if you’re ever in the area.
