Job Openings: .Net / C++ and .Net / C# Software Developers


As we are a fast-growing little business, Codespring software development team is looking for new colleagues! We need additional brains and muscles and we, therefore, close June recruiting session with two new openings: .Net / C++ Software Developer and .Net / C# Software Developers. Each of these roles is very important for us, so please take your time and check the job descriptions and the way we understand work at Codespring. .Net / C++ SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The job:
The.Net/C++ Software Developer must enforce our team expertise. You will fulfill the functions of analyzing, designing and implementing customer requirements. You’ll get direct responsibility for developing applications using the .NET and C++ programming language and for overseeing the execution of software development from the conceptual phase to the testing phase. You will build C# and C++ – based applications including creation of application layers, modeling techniques, designing object-oriented components and coding algorithms. You will also be involved in implementing unit tests and documenting software implementations and tests. For our clients to be happy, you will be asked to provide professional technical support. An essential thing to remember is that you will work as a member of a development team, giving and receiving support and guidance, while sharing knowledge with others must be part of your day-to-day attitude.

The must haves:
Technically, we are looking for an IT professional who has experienced the world of .Net for over  2-3 years, has some experience in C++ (between 0.5-1+ year(s)). It would be great that you have working experience in a mixed C++/.NET environment or working with DevExpress WinForms components. You also must have basic knowledge of UML and strong experience in SW development (over the entire software development life cycle).

As for the soft skills, we are in search of a colleague with strong analytic capacity, who will be juggling with many tasks but will be able to work out what is really important in order to meet deadlines. You also should be a nice type of person so that you are able to cooperate with customers directly and work smoothly within a larger development team and under your own responsibility, too. Since there are many projects and many brains around, we expect that you prove good problem solving and organizational skills. A strong command of English is mandatory because you will have to interact with customers both in writing and speaking. If you also speak Hungarian, it would be a great asset, but is not mandatory. Last but not least, you will have to travel sometimes and we need to know that you are positive about this aspect of the job.

.Net / C# SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The job:

The .Net/ C# Software Developer is also wanted in order to strengthen our team. The role is directly accountable for analyzing, designing and implementing customer requirements. You will be in charge with developing applications using the C# programming language, overseeing the execution of software development from the conceptual phase to the testing phase and building .Net / C# – based applications including creation of application layers, modeling techniques, designing object-oriented components and coding algorithms. You will also implement unit tests, document software implementations and tests or provide technical support to our customers. You will be a member of our team, giving and receiving guidance, while sharing knowledge must be a natural thing for you.

The must haves:

The key technical skills that our future colleague must have are: a 1 to 2 years hands-on experience in Object-Oriented (OP) programming –analysis and design, a valuable experience in .Net framework and C# language and a strong experience in SW development (over the entire software development life cycle). It would be of great help if you also have experience with Web service.

As for the soft skills, we would be happy to find a colleague with strong analytical skills, able to handle multiple tasks and to set priorities in order to meet deadlines. You also should be a nice type of person so that you are able to cooperate with customers directly and work smoothly within a larger development team and under your own responsibility, too. We also expect that you prove some problem solving and organizational skills. Again, strong command of English is necessary because you will have to interact with customers both in writing and speaking. If you also speak German and Hungarian, it would be great! Finally, traveling might be part of the job and you must be willing to assume it.
