Let us present you a little bit more detail about each step in the Career Management Plan.

The first step in managing your career is knowing yourself, and an important part of this self-insight is knowing where you want to go in your career.

Here, at Codespring we developed a Career Management Plan, that will fit You’re plan too, because we set it’s steps so that to give you the greatest satisfactions and wanting to strive for excellence. This plan makes the link between your career goals and the development that will help you move towards the achievement of your life goals.

I. Recruitment

  1. Define matching candidate profile ( – based on the clients and our expectations)
  2. Job description ( – we elaborate the job description, in which we present you our demands and what we offer)
  3. CV – database entry
  4. Selection (assessment center – interview + tests (technical + soft skills)
  5. Present candidates to the client
  6. Hiring

The real first step is the Recruitment process, at which we got to know each other for the first time, in this module we will identify your interests, values, technical know-how, and other skills you already have and which will allow you to contribute productively to the workplace.

First of all, we define the proper candidate profile based on our client’s needs, than we elaborate the job description, which contains our technical and soft-skills expectations based on which we expect from you to send us your resume, to identify your areas for development, what kind of knowledge, skills, and competencies you have struggled with during your career until now. Your resume should contain the following: education, qualification(s), professional experience, your hobbies / examples of implication to the life of community.
If your CV meets our requirements, it’s up to you to accept you.

But before this, you will participate at our selection process: first of all, you will participate at a job interview, than you will fill in a few tests (technical and soft skills). Our goal is not to select perfect professionals, but to spot those who present potential for further development.

After the assessment center process, and after we present our best candidates to the client,you will be soon notify if you are the appropriate candidate for us.
Based on the client’s choosing, we make finally the hiring, so for you the next step is probable celebration :-).

In case that you don’t qualify for all of our expectations, we will keep and archive your resume, which will enter in our CV-database and in case that in the future we will have a position matching your qualifications, we will contact you again.

We are eager to meet talented people. That’s why even if we don’t have always advertised open positions, our doors are open to all of those who can bring valorous contribution.

After you become a Codespring team member, it follows your induction process; you will have proper working conditions and certainly you will find from the first day a young, motivated, friendly team. We will help your fast accommodation by sharing with you our company culture, common values and interests.

Also, starting with the first days, your technical mentor / team leader will give you an
initial professional training and will be your mentor, so that your accommodation to be smoother. In case you have technical questions, you can turn to him or to anybody else from the team.

After three months of working and mentoring, you will have your first appraisal, when we will make a total of your results, and we will conclude if your expectations meets our requirements too, we will emphasize your strengths and will make suggestions regarding to your lower performances.

on the job and external professional and soft skills trainings, to improve your technical knowledge and skills.

Professional evolution at Codespring

Every team interacts, collaborates with each other, and periodically gets professional feed-back, so that the personal efforts and achievements to be recognized. It’s important to us that every team member to know his position and objectives for professional and personal growth. Twice a year, we make a detailed evaluation, internal appraisal, analyzing the acquired experiences and summed projects.

Based on this evaluations (from client’s project managers appraisal, team leaders, technical leaders, other team-members and Hr department) we will identify the further development steps, including the plan for training needs and improvement.

This performance – analyzing process is confidential, although transparent, based on well-determined criteria.

Out-performance

In time, our goal is that our every colleague to become a talent, to gain knowledge and technical / soft skills so that to be or do something to a greater degree, to outperform. That’s why we try to give all of our employees the right tools and technical knowledge to perform as a real talent, we try to keep everyone engaged and energized for the greatest working satisfactions and to strive for excellence.

IV. Talent management / Promotion

Talent swot / talent map plan (Competences / potential performance analysis) – we make yearly an organizational talent swot / talent map, which is a framework for analyzing the technical & soft skills development of our employees and for getting into light our top performers with high potential – who are willing to change and have the capacity to learn- and the future leaders.

Also from our point of view a talent is the successfully mix between someone’s results and behavior.

Workforce planning – We will identify your strengths and development areas through 360 degree feedback. Based on the different appraisals we make an analysis of the current role competencies. Everyone is involved in the workforce planning process, and we try to optimize job roles and the relations between them.

The results of this analysis are: promotions in rank / total benefits, access to development programs, and possible job rotations / job role optimizations.

Promotion in rank / in total benefits

Deciding who in our organization receives development resources or promotion opportunities requires a reliable framework, that’s why before we make promotions in rank, we take into consideration the job role analysis. In case we spot our talents, colleagues with high potential, we make promotions in rank and in total benefits.

Access to development programs (technical coaching / soft skills trainings)

Beside promotions, we give the opportunity to access further development programs; we organize periodical internal / external technical coaching and soft skills trainings. This development program is beneficial for both parties: we strengthen our team experiences / technical knowledge, and also focus on keeping our professional engaged and energized.

Types of developmental activities or actions used to build skills and competencies at Codespring include:

Job rotation / job role optimizations

After the talent swot based on the different appraisal results, we develop a workforce plan, with possible job rotations and further job role optimizations, so that everyone to feel as much as productive as possible and to help achieve our professionals goals. Also, this increases self-understanding and appreciation of personal differences in order to improve one-on-one interactions and career success.

Continuous development

The HR department will make a Career Development Plan for you, including: your status in your current role and your future career goals; your development goal(s); steps to achieve this goal(s); time-frames; obstacles you’ll face; resources you’ll need; and how to tell when you’ve succeeded. This way we will identify opportunities to incorporate your career goals into your performance management plan. Goal setting gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge and helps you to organize your resources. Ultimately, this step will help you clarify and understand the direction of your career.
