The Codespring ecosystem is built in order to allow our team and company to grow in an organic manner. From a HR perspective, our intention is to make sure that each colleague has the opportunity to develop a career and also have a personal life. From a business perspective we also want that our collaborations and partnerships last, so that both customer and development team achieve the maximum of their capacity. During our two decades in software development outsourcing, this formula has proven to be a winning one, where global customers can quickly adjust to market needs because the development team always had a deep knowledge of the business and their software.
Codespring ecosystem consists of four main parts in continuous interaction and integration.
- Universities: For more than a decade, we have been cooperating with local elite universities from Cluj-Napoca for various student oriented projects. The main project is our long-term Codespring Mentoring Program. It runs in parallel and in accordance with the curricula of the students attending IT, computer programming and informatics faculties. At the end of their university years, students can apply for a job at Codespring and be routed towards our customer’s dedicated teams. Our current partners are: Babeș-Bolyai Univeristy Cluj-Napoca, The Technical University from Cluj-Napoca and Sapientia University from Cluj-Napoca.
- High-Schools: In recent years, we have initiated a strategic action to promote programming skills and STEM disciplines among high-schoolers. Our action aims to present the opportunities that the IT sector has for young graduates and junior professionals. Our meetings and partner events spread across Transylvania and we are happy to see positive results.
