About The Role and The Project
As a UX/UI designer you will be:
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets, ensuring a seamless development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively, and actively seek and incorporate feedback throughout the design process
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital platforms
- Working with clients to determine requirements timescale and budget
- Keeping up to date with design updates and software trends
What Experience Is Expected For This Role:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with design systems and design thinking methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to iterate quickly and work in an agile development environment
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
It Would Be Also Great To Have:
- 2+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Experience with content versioning tools (git)
