Codespring’s  “Spotting Talent”, autumn  campaign, continued  with our presence at TDC (Targul de Cariere), Cluj-Napoca Edition, 20th -21st of  October 2010

Thanks to the TDC team, the job fair met its’ expectations in terms of location and visitors. Most of the major companies from Cluj-Napoca were present, whereas the IT&C sector was well represented by a group of twenty companies, both national and international.

Taking into consideration the target group of this fair, we were happy to see that Codespring counted itself among the companies having a good mixture of available jobs: not only for experienced software engineers but also for fresh graduates looking for a temporary or permanent job. This is part of our 2010/2011 HR strategy of attracting and acquiring “new talent”. Once again we have been encouraging both specific and free applications.

An interesting aspect of this years’ TDC edition, was that we have met applicants of extremely different nationalities – most of them being fresh international graduates, willing to settle in Cluj-Napoca or Romania. This is a sign that the local work force is opening up in terms of spoken languages and cultural interactions. For global projects and especially for software development industry, culturally mixed teams can offer a broader approach and a more dynamic development curve.

Thank you all for visiting us and do not hesitate to drop by when you are around our office. Hoping to welcome you with new jobs and opportunities at the next TDC edition, we are awaiting your further online applications.
