The Game Changers Arena
As a first impression, MWC 2016 was definitely the place where mobile innovators meet in order to change the game of the mobile industry. Still characterized by the rawness of some presented solutions, this year it seemed as a more refined atmosphere.
MWC 2016 in Numbers

The entire mobile ecosystem was represented at Fira Gran Via and Fira Montjuïc. The scene-stealers were definitely the VR games and experiences, the ingenious apps ideas staged namely at 4YFN and the innovations spread across the nine halls, notably the ones in the GSMA Innovation City.
Romania at MWC 2016
Chaired by ARIES Timișoara (the Romanian Association for Electronic Industry and Software – Timișoara branch) and supported by the Ministry of Communication and Information Society, the participation of the Romanian delegation at MWC 2016 was an authentic presence. Romania was one of the 40 countries and territories showcasing at the exhibition.
The 14 companies reunited at the Romanian Pavillion in Hall 6, stand 6H40 have showcased mobile technology solutions and products. Among them we note the Romanian smartphone manufacturer Allview, that exhibited the X3 Soul Pro Dual SIM smartphone.
Softech, with its tech brand Codespring, had a positive experience at this edition of Mobile World Congress. Discussions were mainly about developing mobile solutions for various industries, home automation and smart living.
